Flowerboy Project Coffee Shop, Venice

I love flowers. I love coffee. Put both together in the same place- and you’ve got a happy Molly.

Flowerboy Project on Lincoln in Venice is the perfect combination of a flower shop, cafe, and boutique with one-of-a-kind art decor pieces, perfumes, and bouquets of fresh-cut flowers. The flowers are vibrant, fresh and seasonal changing every two to three weeks.

The atmosphere of the space feels light and airy, perfect for letting loose free spirit to use the strong and complimentary WiFi or enjoy conversation with a friend- and the whole space smells as lovely as its combination of freshly ground coffee and fresh cut flowers.

This charming shop first opened in Venice in the summer of 2015 by floral designer Sean Knibb who is known for his garden design/interior work at The Line Hotel in Koreatown. The concept was inspired by his grandmother’s flower shop in Jamaica.

I treated myself to a dirty rose girl latte with oat milk. The baristas were friendly, and talented- because it was seriously a delicious drink.

The shop is located at 824 Lincoln Blvd and open from 7am-5pm every day, with ample free street parking on the side streets nearby.
